~Watershed Festival~
Each year The Montana Natural History Center hosts the Watershed Festival at Fort Missoula. Sixth graders from all over Missoula Valley join the festivities for two days at the Bitterroot River. WEN hosts the Macro-Invertebrate and Art Station, where kids learn about macro-invertebrates, see live ones collected from the Slough and River, and paint their favorite. This spring was our 10th year at the Festival and we saw 590 students in two days.
