Lolo Creek begins at the Idaho-Montana border at Lolo Pass. From there, it flows east past the Woodman School, Fort Fizzle, Lolo Peak and through the town of Lolo, Montana. The Creek flows into the Bitterroot River and together they empty into the Clark Fork River southwest of Missoula.
