• GROUNDWATER PROJECT In conjunction with the Missoula Water Quality District, WEN helps students explore the connection between ground, surface water and drinking water using a groundwater flow model donated by The Mountain Water Company. Two classes from Target Range School, three classes from Washington Middle School and two classes from Bonner School have participated.

• MILLTOWN DAM EDUCATION PROGRAM  -  History is in the making! 2007-2008 is a monumental time for teaching students about the Clark Fork River and the removal of the Milltown Dam: both the powerhouse and spillway are scheduled to be removed, which provides an amazing opportunity for students and teachers to learn first-hand remediation and restoration of the River.
